Who Adds New Patients from the Mobile App? Typically physicians and clinicians.
Step 1: Select the Human icon on the top left hand corner
This icon is viewable from the Rounding list, ICD/CPT and Patient Summary
Step 2: Enter Patient Name and Date of Birth
Pro Tip: As soon as you put in new information, make sure to click “Save.” This will prevent any entered information from getting lost if you accidentally click out of the mobile application
Step 3: Enter relevant patient information
PRO TIP: You are able to upload any relevant patient sheets, pictures, etc. by scanning it directly from your mobile phone
Step 4: After entering all relevant patient data, don’t forget to click “Save”
